MULTI-SITE SERVICE ENGINEER (HOME BASED)

LOCATIONS REQUIRED: EDINBURGH, YORKSHIRE, HOME COUNTIES & NATIONAL RELIEF (UK)

SEGA Amusements International is actively recruiting for Multi-Site Service Engineers. The position is field based and involves installation, repairing, service and removal of the Sega Amusements product.  This role is a vital part of our business, and the role is key to ensuring that our machines are maintained to the highest standards and repaired quickly and efficiently as well as delivery of excellent customer service.

You will be required to travel between multiple locations and be prepared to work weekends and bank holidays.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the installation, maintenance, service, and removal of the full range of Sega Amusements equipment.
• Carry out basic network diagnostic work
• To complete preventative maintenance 
• Refill and merchandise selected machines
• Ensure all products are working correctly to maximise income opportunities

Required Keys and Experience

• 2+ years’ experience servicing electronic arcade equipment/products to include video and redemption games is essential
• Hands on approach to installing and maintaining the full range of SEGA and 3^rd party products
• Work effectively on your own initiative and possess a pleasant and confident manner
• Ability to carry out a significant amount of manual handling
• You will enjoy meeting people, be reliable, trustworthy, and well-presented
• Hold a current full driving licence and be able to work flexibly to cover other areas in high season
