This Sales Executive role will involve a hands-on, proactive approach to sales of arcade machine spare parts and redemption tickets: generating leads, building pipelines and closing orders in a prompt and accurate manner to independent and national operators for use within the amusement industry in all territories covered by Sega Amusements International .

In addition to day-to-day inbound order processing, you will be expected to develop new client relationships, along with managing the existing portfolio of clients and distributors.

To be an effective communicator and ensure all complaints are acknowledged in a timely manner and customers are kept information throughout the complaint process.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Sales Executive, will have the following:

  • Ideally, previous telesales/business development experience (ideally in the amusement industry is preferred)
  • 2+ years experience in the amusement business ensuring a good knowledge and understanding of our unique industry.
  • Evidence of lots of effective client communication and handling across multiple communication channels
  • A passion for selling and relationship building
  • The ability to work with a high level of autonomy whilst demonstrating self-motivation, resilience and innovative thinking
  • Prepared for occasional travel to exhibitions and customers
