*POSITION FILLED* Sales & Logistics Administrator (Chessington)

Key Responsibilities & Duties

We are looking for a Sales & Logistics Support Administrator who will support the Sega Amusements Arcade Machine sales team with all aspects of sales, shipping and logistics administration.

This key role within the Amusement Machine sales team is to provide support in processing orders and coordinating logistics to manage the shipping in and out of goods. The role involves regular contact with overseas suppliers, shipping agents and customers.

Responsibilities will be structured around regular duties and deadlines that will be set by the Sales Director or the shipping process. It is a varied role, and no two days are the same.

About You:

  • You will have at least one year of relevant administrative experience in either Sales, Logistics, or Shipping
  • Have an good understanding of shipping and logistics process
  • Possess a keen eye for detail and have a positive 'can-do' approach to problem solving.
  • A good understanding of Microsoft Office products including outlook, excel, and word and a reasonable typing speed.
  • Ideally, previous experience using SAGE.

Hours of Work

Office Based: Monday to Thursday 8.00am-17.00pm and Friday 08:00am-15:30pm. This role is required to be 100% on site.
