The team at Sega Amusements International wanted to update you on how we are reacting to the challenges of the Coronavirus COVID-19.
First and foremost, we are still here for your business and your customers. We have plans in place to ensure that continues throughout this situation. Whilst following the latest government advice and utilising technology available to us, we are executing those plans allowing many of our team to operate away from the office without any disruption to the service we offer you.
This amazing industry that we are all in and love has faced many challenges in its lifetime, and it’s come through them all - the goal for all companies is to get through this and come out on the other side ready to carry on. We are here to help you achieve that. Whilst there may be pain for manufacturers, suppliers and customers alike, by all working together to shoulder that pain, should allow us ALL to survive, and possibly be even stronger.
We will continue to react to the fast pace of change, and our contingency plans allow the dedicated Sega team to keep serving your needs for as long as physically possible.
